Online gas pretreatment and detection system
The online analyzer ensures product quality by real-time monitoring of the gas composition in the reactor. However, various impurities in the gas will greatly affect the service life and detection accuracy of the analyzer. The currently widely used solution is to frequently replace the filter device and shut down the analyzer during maintenance, which will cause interruptions in analysis data recording and increase equipment costs. The gas pretreatment system ensures ultra-high cleanliness of the gas by removing impurities with high precision, so that no downtime is required during production. The gas in the closed pipeline leading to the analyzer is pretreated to remove heavy dust, water, oil, mist glue and mixed pollutants contained therein.

在线分析仪通过实时监控反应炉内的气体成分来保证产品质量,然而气体中的各种杂质会大幅影响分析仪的使用寿命和检测精度。

目前广泛采用的方案是定期频繁更换过滤装置和维修分析仪期间需要停机,会造成分析数据记录中断和设备成本的增加。

气体预处理系统通过对杂质的高精度去除,保证气体的超高洁净度,可以做到在生产中无需停机。对通往分析仪密闭管道中的气体进行预处理,去除其中包合的重灰尘、水、油、雾状胶和混合污染物等。通过自动化的处理可以保证生产设备不停机,方便简易的操作维护使生产效益大幅提高。
